Shahzad Ali is a Pakistani national with extensive expertise in agronomy and crop cultivation. He holds a Ph.D. in Crop Cultivation and Farming System Ecology from Northwest A & F University in China, an M.Phil in Agronomy from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar, and a B.Sc (Honors) in Agronomy from the same institution.
