Gbèwèdo Fiacre Gildas ZAVINON is a seasoned researcher with a wealth of expertise in Genetic and Plant Breeding. Born on October 17, 1964, he earned his PhD from Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany, in 1999, with a focus on the impact of structural adjustment policies on the Ugandan agricultural economy.Throughout his academic journey, Mugisha has been actively involved in teaching and research.
