Dr. Francis Ssennoga, a Ugandan national born on 9th January 1970, is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in public procurement and institutional development across East and Southern Africa. Holding a Doctorate Degree in Public Procurement from the University of Twente, Netherlands, he has dedicated over two decades to academia, consultancy, and capacity building initiatives.

🔹 Professional Experience:

With a remarkable tenure at Kyambogo University, Dr. Ssennoga serves as a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain. His leadership is pivotal in providing academic stewardship, curriculum development, and research activities. Additionally, he has been instrumental in nurturing procurement professionalism as the Director of International Management Academy (IMA) Ltd in Rwanda.
