With a remarkable tenure at Kyambogo University, Dr. Ssennoga serves as a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Procurement and Supply Chain. His leadership is pivotal in providing academic stewardship, curriculum development, and research activities. Additionally, he has been instrumental in nurturing procurement professionalism as the Director of International Management Academy (IMA) Ltd in Rwanda.

He has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as SADC, COMESA, and USAID, contributing significantly to the enhancement of procurement systems and regional trade integration. Notably, he played a pivotal role in formulating the Code of Ethics for the Uganda Procurement Professional Association.
