Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Sokoine University (Tanzania) in August 1992 and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Rural Economy in November 1987.Prof. HELLA has been associated with Sokoine University of Agriculture since October 1994, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness.
