🌱🍲Dr. Joseph Philip HELLA, a Tanzanian national, was born in Mahenge – Morogoro, Tanzania. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Natural Resource Management from the University of Gent (Belgium), awarded in December 2002. Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Sokoine University (Tanzania) in August 1992 and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Rural Economy in November 1987.Prof. HELLA has been associated with Sokoine University of Agriculture since October 1994, where he currently serves as an Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness. His academic responsibilities include teaching Agribusiness project planning, Farm Management and Accounts, Research Methods, and Natural Resource Economics to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.📘
